HVAC Sales Consultant (Comfort Adviser)

Plumbline Services is currently seeking HVAC Sales Consultants (Comfort Adviser) to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Comfort Adviser's act as in-home advisers to consult, design and sell HVAC options to homeowners with the potential to earn $125K-$350K with warm leads.

What Will You Do?

• Drive new sales for the company in a professional manner consistent with the company's integrity and customer-care standards. Determine needs and then provide solutions that solve the customer's issues and generate a high rate of referral-based sales
• Perform sales presentations, as outlined in company selling process
• Educate potential customers on value: Inform customers of all special promotions, the benefits of high efficiency equipment and optional equipment and products
• Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs and/or records
• Attend appointments with customers as scheduled
• Represent the company in a professional manner consistent with the company's integrity and customer-care standards

Do I have What it Takes?

• 3-5 years high end sales experience
• In-Home Industry experience preferred but not required
• Excellent listening skills and can deliver an extraordinary customer experience
• Possess strong verbal, written and presentation skills
• Integrity and ability to promote a positive company image Results driven in a high-energy environment
• At times, ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders; work in attics, garages, crawl spaces and on roofs in hot, cold and wet conditions
