Job Description
We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused Certified Medication Aide (CMA) / Medication Technician to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in Hillsboro Texas.
If you take pride in providing excellent resident care, are detail-oriented, and enjoy working as part of a supportive healthcare team, we would love to hear from you!
Position ResponsibilitiesAdminister medications safely and accurately according to physician orders and facility policies
Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly
Complete accurate medication and clinical documentation
Communicate effectively with nurses, physicians, residents, and families
Follow infection-control, safety, and facility procedures
Provide compassionate, respectful care to all residents
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment
Current CMA / Medication Aide Certification recognized in the State of Texas
Previous experience in a skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, or healthcare setting preferred
Strong attention to detail and medication-safety practices
Dependable, professional, and compassionate
Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
Must meet all applicable Texas licensing and facility requirements
