Curinos is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead key components of the Curinos One Platform, our next-generation AI-powered Decision Intelligence Platform for financial institutions.

Curinos One brings together proprietary market intelligence, customer data, predictive analytics, machine learning, and workflow automation to help financial institutions make smarter decisions across customer acquisition, growth, pricing, and relationship management. Our vision is to transform fragmented data and disconnected workflows into a unified platform that delivers actionable intelligence directly within the decision-making process.

As Director of Product Management, you will oversee a portfolio of platform capabilities and lead a team of 2 to 4 Product Managers responsible for defining, building, launching, and scaling key modules of the Curinos One platform. You will identify new market opportunities, establish product-market fit, drive platform adoption, and help shape the long-term evolution of Curinos One.

Responsibilities

Set Portfolio Strategy & Drive Organizational Alignment

• Set the vision, strategic direction, and measurable outcomes for a portfolio of Curinos One capabilities, ensuring alignment with company strategy and market priorities
• Translate enterprise goals into clear mandates for Product Managers and cross-functional leaders, creating shared context while empowering teams to determine how best to deliver outcomes
• Lead portfolio-level planning and governance across pods, making deliberate trade-offs among growth, client impact, platform leverage, capacity, risk, and technical sustainability
• Influence executive stakeholders and functional leaders to secure investment, resolve competing priorities, and maintain accountability for portfolio outcomes

Coach & Develop Product Managers

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of 2 to 4 Product Managers, strengthening their capabilities in discovery, strategy, delivery, and stakeholder influence
• Translate complex product, market, and technology concepts into clear, teachable frameworks
• Create a culture of ownership, curiosity, accountability, and continuous improvement

Champion Quality & Consistency

• Set expectations for excellence in product discovery, design, launch, and ongoing optimization.
• Review and guide work across pods to ensure precision, usability, strategic alignment, and measurable impact
• Identify opportunities to standardize, streamline, and scale product practices across teams

Lead Market and Ecosystem Thinking

• Serve as an internal authority on client needs, market shifts, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies within your product domain
• Maintain current expertise across modern customer acquisition, marketing technology, advertising technology, and decisioning ecosystems
• Connect platform investments and product decisions directly to client outcomes and Curinos business goals

Foster Cross-Functional Leadership

• Build strong, solution-oriented partnerships across Engineering, UX, Data Science, Advisory, Sales, Marketing, and Product Delivery
• Create clarity, resolve issues directly, remove roadblocks, and communicate decisions and learnings across pods and functions
• Contribute to company-wide initiatives that strengthen product performance, culture, innovation, and client impact

Salary Range: $180,000- $190,000 USD (plus Bonus)

Desired Skills & Expertise

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, including experience leading Product Managers and cross-functional product organizations in a growing enterprise SaaS business
• Demonstrated success launching new products, establishing product-market fit, and leading substantial 0-to-1 product initiatives from initial concept through commercial adoption and scale
• Proven experience identifying emerging market opportunities, validating customer problems, and making evidence-based investment decisions in ambiguous environments
• Experience building and scaling SaaS, data-intensive, analytics, AI-driven, or platform software products
• Required professional experience in Advertising Technology (AdTech), Marketing Technology (MarTech), audience intelligence, customer acquisition, campaign optimization, media activation, and/or marketing decisioning systems
• Strong working knowledge of modern customer acquisition ecosystems, including direct mail and digital channels, paid media, paid search, programmatic advertising, audience targeting, identity, attribution, measurement, and activation platforms.
• Experience partnering directly with Data Science, Machine Learning Engineering, and Applied AI teams to bring predictive intelligence and AI-powered experiences to market
• Ability to understand and translate predictive models, optimization approaches, experimentation, model performance, and AI-driven recommendations into intuitive customer-facing product experiences
• Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise B2B software products in a user-centric Product Management role, managing multiple workstreams, and delivering effectively in an Agile environment
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and influencing skills, with the ability to connect product decisions to business strategy and explain nuanced ideas to executive clients and technical and non-technical stakeholders
• High standards for quality and craftsmanship, combined with the ability to coach others to deliver the same
• Strategic judgment that balances long-term platform vision with pragmatic execution and measurable results

Preferred Experience

• Deep understanding of financial services, fintech, banking, or customer acquisition within a regulated industry.
• Experience with customer data platforms, identity resolution, data clean rooms, and/or measurement platforms.
