Role Description The Program Manager role at Cloudzentrix.net is a contract, hybrid position based in Seattle, WA, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing programs that support the delivery and enhancement of Cloudzentrix’s network intelligence platform. Day-to-day work includes defining program scope and objectives, building and maintaining project plans, managing timelines, and aligning cross‑functional teams in engineering, product, and operations. The Program Manager tracks risks and dependencies, drives issue resolution, facilitates stakeholder communication, and ensures that program outcomes meet business goals and customer expectations. This role also contributes to process improvements, reporting, and documentation that help scale program execution across the organization. Qualifications Program and project management skills, including experience with planning, scheduling, risk management, and cross‑functional coordination. Background in network, cloud, or infrastructure technologies, ideally with exposure to environments such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or multi‑vendor networking solutions. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, including organizing meetings, presenting status updates, and aligning diverse teams around shared goals. Experience with agile or hybrid delivery methodologies, and proficiency with common project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar). Analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical information, prioritize issues, and drive data‑informed decisions. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on‑site collaboration in Seattle, WA with independent remote work. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Engineering, Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience.
