Field Sales Representative (Account Development Executive)
Base + Uncapped Commission | $25K+ Target Commission | Six-Figure Potential

What You'll Do
- Prospect and engage local businesses within your assigned territory (door-to-door, in-person outreach)
- Present and pitch partnership opportunities that help businesses generate additional revenue
- Guide new partners through onboarding and ensure a smooth launch
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline using Salesforce
- Represent the program at local networking events and community outreach opportunities
- Develop long-term relationships with business owners in your territory
What We're Looking For
- 12+ years of sales, customer service, or customer-facing experience
- Comfortable with in-person prospecting and field-based work
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Edwardsville, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr.
