Senior IT Business Analyst

As a Senior IT Business Analyst at Uline, you will lead solution design, collaborating with IT teams to streamline business processes and systems for our growing North American company. Position Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders and IT colleagues to understand business needs and develop technical solutions for complex projects. Design requirements to ensure consistent and quality solutions, including specifications, process flows, mock‑ups and wireframes. Collaborate with a team of Solution Analysts, providing technical guidance to ensure strong performance. Review and document business processes, underlying systems, and applications to identify opportunities for improvement. Leverage Artificial Intelligence to help develop analysis, enhance workflow efficiency, and guide solutions across IT projects. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree. 7+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role. Experience with Finance or Supply Chain modernization projects is a plus.
