Housing Stability Case Manager
ECS
Episcopal Community Services (ECS) is seeking a Case Manager to carry a caseload of about 35 participants and deliver in‑person services at ECS program locations. You will assess needs, develop Individual Service Plans, and work closely with leadership to ensure compliance with regulations. The role emphasizes housing support, coordinated services, and strong documentation practices.
