Housing Stability Case Manager

HomeFirst seeks a Case Manager for the Emergency Interim Housing Via Del Oro program in San Jose. The role focuses on individualized housing plans, direct case management, and coordination with partners to move participants toward permanent housing. The position is full-time, non-exempt, reporting to the on-site Program Manager.
