Instructional Design Intern

GE HealthCare seeks an Instructional Design Intern to support the Contrast Media Business by developing interactive training materials for the commercial team. The role involves designing and building eLearning content using industry-standard tools while following adult learning principles and the ADDIE instructional design process.
Responsibilities
- Apply ADDIE process and adult learning best practices to instructional design projects
- Design and develop eLearning content using Articulate 360, Vyond, Adobe suite, and other tools
- Manage programs and develop curriculum for commercial team training
- Evaluate and assess existing and future learning materials for effectiveness
- Support learning management system tasks and operations as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent certification in Instructional Design completed or in progress
- Portfolio demonstrating work with Articulate 360, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
