Advance Your Clinical Practice in Operating Room Circulator (OR Circulator) 
\n Our Surgical Services team is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care throughout the perioperative experience. Working alongside skilled surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists, you'll support a wide range of surgical specialties in a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on quality, safety, and clinical excellence.

How you'll contribute 

\n

An Operating Room Circulator (OR Circulator) RN who excels in this role:

\n

\n
• Coordinates patient care throughout all phases of surgery 
\n
• Performs preoperative patient assessments and verifies surgical readiness
\n
• Maintains a safe, sterile environment and ensures compliance with AORN standards
\n
• Advocates for patient safety before, during, and after procedures 
\n
• Collaborates with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team to ensure efficient workflow
\n
• Documents patient care, procedures, and outcomes accurately and timely 
\n
• Assists with positioning, specimen handling, and intraoperative patient monitoring
\n
• Participates in on-call rotation as required
\n

What we're looking for 

\n

Applicants should have a current New Mexico or Compact State RN license and possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

\n

\n
• Education : Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred, Associates required 
\n
• Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred, but must have within 30 days of hire.
