• Support Staff: 3 APPs (PA/NPs), 2 RNs, 1 MA, 5 Office staff • Procedures: - General Urology - Adult - Laparoscopic surgeries - Ureteroscopy - Prostatectomy - Robotic surgery - Renal and bladded u/s - TRUS biopsies - Incontinence procedures - Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL) - Percutaneous nephrolithotomy - Radical Cystectomy w/ileo-loop conduit - Radical prostatectomy - Nephrectomy - Partial nephrectomies/intraoperative ultrasound - Adrenalectomy (w/biopsy) - Fertility work-up - Penile prosthesis - Renal transplant surgery - Advanced pediatric surgery • Beds in Dept: 25• Trauma Level: IV • EMR: Epic • Hospital Privileges required: Yes • Temporary Privileges available: Yes • Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered Requirements: • Active WA License or IMLC • BC • ACLS, BLS, PALS, ABLS • Fellowship: Preferred
