WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN

Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience Strong automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience performing vehicle maintenance and repair services Valid driver's license Own tools ASE Certification preferred but not required Ability to diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle systems, including engine, electrical, brake, steering, suspension, and drivability concerns Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

DAY-TO-DAY

As an Automotive Technician, Automotive Service Technician, or Diagnostic Technician on our team, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles. Your day will include: Diagnosing vehicle performance and drivability issues Performing automotive repair and maintenance services Completing brake, suspension, steering, electrical, and engine repairs Conducting vehicle inspections and identifying repair recommendations Verifying repairs and ensuring all customer concerns have been properly resolved Using diagnostic equipment and repair information systems to accurately identify problems Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional work area Every repair you complete directly impacts vehicle safety, customer satisfaction, and the reputation we've built throughout the Kent community.
