Aurora Mental Health & Recovery in Aurora, CO is seeking a full-time Milieu Counselor for our Crisis Stabilization Unit. The role provides care to CSU clients for up to five days, ensuring safety through oversight, group therapy support, meals, and documentation, with 24/7 coverage expectations. Salary is $21.46 to $32.19 per hour, paid bi-weekly, with shift differentials and language differential pay.
