About the Role

As an HR Associate , youll support our hiring efforts by conducting structured interviews and maintaining a consistent, professional candidate experience.

This role offers hands-on exposure to hiring processes and is a strong entry point into people operations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct structured candidate interviews via video
Maintain consistency and professionalism across interactions
Document outcomes clearly and accurately
Follow standardized hiring processes
Support overall hiring workflow execution

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional presence and attention to detail
Interest in HR or people operations
Ability to follow structured processes
30+ hours/week availability
