As an HR Associate , youll support our hiring efforts by conducting structured interviews and maintaining a consistent, professional candidate experience.

This role offers hands-on exposure to hiring processes and is a strong entry point into people operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured candidate interviews via video
• Maintain consistency and professionalism across interactions
• Document outcomes clearly and accurately
• Follow standardized hiring processes
• Support overall hiring workflow execution

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional presence and attention to detail
• Interest in HR or people operations
• Ability to follow structured processes
• 30+ hours/week availability
