About the Role
As an HR Associate , youll support our hiring efforts by conducting structured interviews and maintaining a consistent, professional candidate experience.
This role offers hands-on exposure to hiring processes and is a strong entry point into people operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured candidate interviews via video
- Maintain consistency and professionalism across interactions
- Document outcomes clearly and accurately
- Follow standardized hiring processes
- Support overall hiring workflow execution
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presence and attention to detail
- Interest in HR or people operations
- Ability to follow structured processes
- 30+ hours/week availability
