Boston, MA100% RemoteFull Time$123k - $144kWe are looking for an IT Project Manager II for a full-time, remote opportunity with a leading insurance and risk management organization. Candidates local to the Boston, MA area are preferred. This person will lead technology modernization initiatives focused on Duck Creek OnDemand, including upgrades and ongoing releases across Policy, Billing, Claims, and Rating. This is a great opportunity for an experienced IT Project Manager to take ownership of a strategic Duck Creek upgrade and work across both business and technology teams. The ideal candidate will have strong Duck Creek experience, a background in insurance, and the ability to manage complex Agile or hybrid projects involving multiple teams and vendors. This role offers the opportunity to have significant ownership over project delivery, vendor management, change management, and platform modernization while working remotely.Required Skills & Experience· 5+ years of IT Project Management experience

• 4+ years of experience delivering projects using Duck Creek technologies
• Experience leading Duck Creek upgrades and related initiatives
• Strong understanding of Duck Creek OnDemand (DCOD)
• Deep understanding of insurance processes including Policy, Billing, Claims, Underwriting, and/or Risk
• Experience leading Agile or hybrid projects involving multiple teams and vendors
• Experience with organizational change management or business transformation
• Experience managing project scope, schedule, cost, risks, and dependencies
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related fieldDesired Skills & Experience· PMP or PMI-ACP certification
• Experience with Guidewire, Workday, Salesforce, or Data Warehouse programs
• Experience with cloud-based transformation
• Data governance and compliance experience
• Experience with UAT, release readiness, and production cutover
• Experience managing vendors and SOWs
