Are you passionate about cannabis, customer service, and creating positive vibes? We're looking for an outgoing, knowledgeable, and dependable Budtender to join our growing team! If you love connecting with people, staying up to date on cannabis products, and working in a fast-paced retail environment, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

Welcome customers with a friendly, upbeat attitude
Educate customers on cannabis products including flower, edibles, vapes, concentrates, and more
Help customers find products that fit their needs and preferences
Process transactions accurately using our POS system
Maintain compliance with all state cannabis regulations
Keep displays stocked, organized, and visually appealing
Create a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment
Stay informed on new products, strains, and industry trends

What We're Looking For

Previous dispensary or cannabis industry experience
Experience with POS systems or inventory management
Passion for cannabis education and wellness
Positive attitude and strong people skills
Retail or customer service experience preferred
Cannabis knowledge or willingness to learn quickly
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Must meet all state requirements to work in the cannabis industry
