High-Rise Maintenance Lead & Tech Mentor
CCI
CCI is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a high-rise community in Los Angeles. You will supervise the maintenance team, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure safety, quality, and timely work orders across the property. You will manage complex HVAC and building systems, coordinate with the Property Manager, and drive operational efficiency within budget.
