Travel ER RN

Role: Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) providing urgent, high-quality care in a fast-paced emergency department. Responsibilities: Assessing and triaging patients, administering medications and treatments, preparing equipment, monitoring patient safety, documenting conditions, responding to life-threatening situations, educating patients, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care. Qualifications & Skills: Valid RN license, minimum one year ER experience, current BLS, ACLS, PALS/ENPC certifications, strong critical thinking, excellent communication, physical dexterity, and ability to work under pressure. Preferred certifications include TNCC, NIHSS, CPI, NRP, and SANE. Key Duties: Rapid assessment and triage, emergency procedure explanation, medication administration, equipment preparation, monitoring patient comfort, documenting care, initiating patient education, and adhering to safety protocols.
