\nAssist with benefits enrollment, employee communications, eligibility changes, open enrollment, and routine benefit questions.
\nSupport timekeeping and payroll-related processes by reviewing employee changes, resolving routine discrepancies, and coordinating accurate information with payroll and management.
\nAssist managers with consistent application of policies, documentation of performance and attendance matters, coaching conversations, and corrective-action processes.
\nReceive and appropriately document employee concerns, conduct or support fact-finding as assigned, maintain confidentiality, and escalate significant employee-relations matters.
\nTrack and administer employee leave and accommodation processes in coordination with the Director of Human Resources.
\nHelp maintain compliance with applicable employment laws, required postings, record-retention requirements, reporting obligations, and internal policies.
\nSupport workers’ compensation, workplace safety, return-to-work, and related documentation.
\nCoordinate and track employee training, policy updates, performance-review cycles, engagement activities, and other HR programs.

\nWorking knowledge of federal and state employment laws and sound HR practices.
\nStrong interpersonal, written communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
\nDemonstrated judgment, professionalism, follow-through, and the ability to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance.
\nAbility to communicate effectively and build credibility with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization.
\nAbility to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
\nAbility to balance employee service, compliance, accuracy, and changing priorities in a manufacturing environment.
