About the Role

The Company is in search of a President & CEO to provide visionary leadership and oversee the daily operations of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and upholding the policies and procedures established by the Board of Directors, and will be held accountable for the performance of both their own duties and those of the staff. This role demands a genuine, innovative, and passionate leader who can drive the company's mission and ensure its continued success. The ideal President & CEO for the company will have a proven track record in a senior management role, with experience in strategic planning, financial management, and team leadership. A deep understanding of the marketing and tourism industry is essential, as is the ability to foster relationships with key stakeholders and promote the region as a premier destination. The role requires a candidate with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is typically required, and an advanced degree is a plus.
