Registered Nurse Oncology

Call for Salary Rate - Job Summary: Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with malignant hematologic disorders in a 30-bed inpatient unit. Support stem cell transplant and CAR-T infusion procedures, ensuring safety and adherence to protocols. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver specialized oncology nursing services. Responsibilities: Administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, and infusion treatments following established protocols. Monitor patient responses and manage side effects during treatments and infusion procedures. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care, treatments, and outcomes. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, procedures, and post-care instructions. Ensure compliance with safety standards and infection control policies. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and update individualized care plans. Qualifications: Hold an ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Provider card. Possess at least 1 year of experience in bone marrow transplant (BMT) nursing. Be a licensed Registered Nurse in good standing. Demonstrate strong clinical knowledge of hematologic malignancies and infusion therapies. Exhibit excellent patient communication and team collaboration skills.
