We’re looking for a motivated Maintenance Technician to support both production and maintenance operations in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to build hands-on mechanical and electrical experience.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and equipment
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using testing devices (including voltmeters)
• Repair or replace defective components and parts
• Disassemble and reassemble machinery, engines, and mechanical units
• Clean, inspect, and maintain equipment components (pistons, valves, pumps, etc.)
• Perform routine inspections to identify issues and prevent downtime
• Test equipment after repairs to ensure proper operation
• Follow work orders, instructions, and maintenance schedules
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience using hand tools and diagnostic equipment
• Basic to strong electrical knowledge preferred
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Strong sense of urgency and reliability
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
• Stand, bend, and move for extended periods
• Perform hands-on mechanical work
• Ability to wear required PPE at all times

Safety Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Properly select, wear, and maintain PPE daily
• Report hazards immediately to supervision
• Participate in monthly safety/shop meetings

Additional Requirements

• Drug testing required (pre-employment, random, post-accident, and for-cause)
