Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Active Texas SLP License (required)
- Clinical Competence Certificate (CCC) or eligibility for CFY
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is essential
- Ability to assess, plan, and deliver evaluations and therapy services
- Collaborative approach with OTs, PTs, and special education teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students across diverse age groups and needs
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and participate in IEP meetings
- Develop, document, and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s goals
- Maintain detailed records and communicate progress to families and staff
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to foster academic and social success
- Manage a balanced caseload and contribute to a supportive, dynamic learning environment
