And we're looking for a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist who's ready to help them do just that.

We're a laid-back, supportive team with a big heart and an even bigger love for helping kids find their voicewhether that's through first words, AAC, social stories, or silly songs. If you're someone who sees speech therapy as both science and art, you'll fit right in.

What you'll be doing:

• One-on-one therapy that's personalized, playful, and progress-focused
• Helping kiddos with speech delays, language disorders, social communication, AAC, feeding, and more
• Collaborating with an awesome team of OTs and PTs (we believe in the power of working together)
• Supporting families and celebrating winsbig and smallevery step of the way

You'd be a great fit if you:

• Are a licensed SLP in Texas
• Have pediatric experience or a strong passion for it
• Know how to turn therapy into fun, and fun into real progress
• Can connect with both kids and parents, and make them feel seen and supported
