What You'll Do

As a Mental Health Therapist at Kolmac, you will be at the center of patient carebuilding strong therapeutic relationships and delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment. You'll lead therapy groups, facilitate individual sessions, and contribute to integrated treatment plans within our collaborative treatment environment.

Clinical Responsibilities Include:

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults.
• Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management to support insight, empowerment, and recovery
• Design and deliver engaging process, psychoeducational and skills groups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and mental wellness.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow therapists to provide integrated mental health care
• Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning
• Case management services such as, but not limited to, coordinated care with families, referral sources, and external providers as appropriate
• Demonstrates commitment to excellent patient care, which is measured through clinical outcomes, such as patient retention, attendance, successful program completion, transitioning from one level of care to another.
• Provide crisis support through a shared on-call rotation
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health treatment
• Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
• Active independent licensure: LPC or LCSW
• Strong working knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care EMDR experience is highly preferred
• Comfort using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
• Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and professional growth
• The ideal candidate is comfortable working with both adolescents and adults.

Compensation & Schedule

Salary: Up to $100,000 annually.

Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible for additional commission-based compensation tied to clinical group participation and engagement. Therapists earn additional compensation for each participant in their assigned therapy groups.

Total Compensation: With consistent group census and strong clinical outcomes, total annual compensation is up to $100,000, with the potential for high performers to earn more based on group volume and engagement.

Full-time: Monday Friday 12:30pm to 8:30pm with a flexible one-day option to work from home.
