Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative provides exceptional customer support while processing orders, supporting sales growth, and ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Maintain knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and product availability to support customers and increase sales.
- Review customer orders and recommend additional or complementary products when appropriate.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer value and sales.
- Analyze purchasing trends and collaborate with Sales Representatives to support customer growth.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare order documentation and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely shipments.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or sales support experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of export shipping is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
