Location: Lancaster, PA 17601

Hire type: Full-Time

Shift: Multiple Shifts

Pay Range: $17 - $22 /hr

What You'll Do

Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
Assemble, inspect, package, and prepare products for shipment
Follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality standards
Perform routine quality checks and inspections
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Load and unload materials as needed
Assist with machine setups, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting
Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

What We're Looking For

Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
