Operations Coordinator
$23 per hourOur client is seeking a proactive and operationally-minded Operations Coordinator with 4+ years of experience to drive efficiency across their workplace operations team. - Maintains professional appearance of the Reception and Conference Room area.
- Answers, directs, and screens (as appropriate) incoming calls.
- Greets and directs employees, visitors, and vendors.
- Receives and sorts incoming mail.
- Coordinates pick-up and delivery of express packages (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
- Keeps accurate inventory of supplies to include mailroom, kitchen, and printing areas. Places supply orders on regular basis to ensure proper stock.
- Monitors vendors maintenance requests are completed.
- Supports In-house meetings.
- Distributes and maintains security access cards for employees and special guests.
- Interfaces with the Property Management Company on maintenance items, as well as monitoring and maintaining Vendor Contracts.
- Assists with special projects as needed.
