Commissioning Field Manager

Location: Hybrid (U.S.-based, near major airport)

Travel: 75%-100%

Join a national owners representative delivering cutting-edge data center and infrastructure projects. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive commissioning on complex builds, lead field teams, and work directly with clients.

What You'll Do

Lead on-site commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, and controls systems
Direct contractors and vendors; manage field teams and resources
Act as the primary client contact on site
Develop commissioning plans, checklists, and test scripts
Review designs and resolve technical issues
Track progress, manage risks, and deliver clear project reporting

What You Bring

Strong commissioning experience across MEP systems
Proven leadership in field execution and team coordination
Confident client-facing communication skills
Highly organised, self-driven, and detail-focused
Comfortable working remotely and leveraging new technologies

Experience

Degree in Engineering/Construction
OR
10+ years of relevant hands-on commissioning experience

Travel

Up to 75% U.S. travel
Valid driver's license required
