RN - CVOR

Registered Nurse - Surgical Services

Day Shift: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with some call coverage on weekends and occasional late hours to complete surgical case loads.

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing direct patient care within the surgical services scope, including Pre-op, OR/Circulator, and PACU. The RN must function as a primary caregiver and possess experience in all three areas.

Conduct assessments and document care.

Provide emotional support and coordinate patient transfers.

Recover patients and circulate surgical cases.

Assist with processing instruments and equipment in central sterilizing.

Prepare patients for surgery and provide patient education.

Adhere to infection control and department policies.

Follow national standards as outlined by IAHCSMM, AORN, ASGE, and ASPAN.

Current RN licensure in Colorado.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Pre-op, OR, and PACU.

ACLS certification is required; CNOR and scrub experience preferred.
