Make a meaningful impact supporting K-8 students as a Full Time Leave Occupational Therapist on a contract basis. Offering both on-site and teletherapy opportunities, this role is ideal for a passionate therapist who thrives working with school-aged children while adapting skills to both classroom and home health environments. Youll partner closely with educators and families to help students reach their fullest potential through evidence-based interventions.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure and credentials to practice as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience working in school settings and with K-8 populations
• Prior exposure to home health or teletherapy OT services a plus
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and relevant documentation processes

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students in grades K-8, adapting strategies for both on-site and virtual needs
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs supporting students academic and functional skill development
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and fellow specialists to integrate OT goals within classroom and home settings
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports according to school and healthcare standards
• Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and ongoing student case management
• Provide education and resources to families and faculty regarding therapy strategies and progress
