Farmers Insurance Northern District is seeking motivated individuals to join a local agency team in Fort Collins, Colorado.
Whether you're an experienced insurance producer, an aspiring agency owner, or a sales professional looking to enter the insurance industry, this opportunity offers hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and room to grow.
No current insurance license? You can still apply! Candidates willing to obtain the required Colorado insurance licenses within 30 days are encouraged to apply.
Compensation & Benefits
$50,000–$80,000 in potential annual total compensation , including base salary, commissions, and bonuses Additional bonus opportunities based on sales performance

What You'll Do
Connect with prospective customers to identify their insurance needs. Recommend appropriate coverage options and explain available products. Generate new business through provided leads, prospecting, and follow-up. Build relationships with customers and develop a long-term client base. Maintain a consistent pipeline of sales opportunities. Work toward individual sales goals and agency growth targets. Respond to questions, address objections, and help customers make informed decisions. Participate in training and coaching to strengthen your insurance knowledge and sales skills.
