We’re growing fast—and we’re looking for a detail-obsessed E-Commerce & Sales Solutions Coordinator to enhance our digital experience, safeguard product accuracy, and coordinate e-commerce needs with our Sales team.

Your Mission

As our E-Commerce & Sales Solutions Coordinator , your mission is to support and maintain the accuracy and performance of our digital sales channels. Assist in managing product catalogs across internal and client-facing platforms, ensuring product data is precise and consistent, while coordinating day-to-day e-commerce needs and projects with the Sales team.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Maintain Product Catalogs: Keep product titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, and attributes accurate across multiple internal and client-facing platforms.
• Data Integrity & QC: Help maintain accurate product information by reviewing and verifying details across platforms.
• Meticulous Data Maintenance: Manage complex product elements, including multiple price sets, attributes, tags, and product classifications.
• Create and edit digital product images, web graphics, banners, and other e-commerce and marketing assets using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Support Minor Template Updates: Make light adjustments to product listing templates or pages as needed to maintain readability and brand consistency.
• Reporting & Performance Tracking: Assist in monitoring and reporting on key product data metrics including accuracy rates, pricing consistency, and catalog readiness.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Marketing, Sales, Service and client teams to execute projects accurately and on time.
• Reporting Structure: This role works closely with the Senior Manager to execute web updates, catalog improvements and e-commerce projects.

What you need to Succeed:

• 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, web content management, web development or a related field.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, plus Canva
• Experience managing product data or catalogs across multiple platforms
• Experience with WordPress/WooCommerce or similar CMS platforms
• Strong CSS and working knowledge of HTML/CSS (PHP/JS a bonus)
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and maintaining organized data sets
• Extremely detail-oriented with strong quality control habits
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to proactively identify issues
• Adaptable and able to navigate both creative and analytical work
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including working directly with other departments
• Motivated to learn, grow, and take ownership of responsibilities
