Sr. Digital Product Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to join their team. As a Senior Digital Product Manager, you will be part of the Digital Innovation Department supporting the Customer Experience and Product Development teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, innovative thinking, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: New York, New York

Pay Range: 75/hr

What's the Job?

• Lead the development and execution of the US Consumer Customer Shop & Banking digital roadmap, including product updates and major cross-functional initiatives.
• Drive continuous journey improvements through capability-led experimentation focused on increasing conversion rates and reducing friction.
• Define and lead an experimentation agenda, ensuring rigorous test design, measurement, and actionable insights.
• Partner with platform teams to promote reusable components, shared frameworks, and analytics tools that enhance consistency and speed to market.
• Collaborate across marketing, design, analytics, and engineering teams to deliver impactful digital experience enhancements at a rapid pace.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 5 years of digital product management experience with a proven track record of roadmap ownership and feature delivery.
• Experience leading customer-facing digital experiences, especially in acquisition, ecommerce, shopping, or conversion optimization.
• Strong background in experimentation, hypothesis development, A/B testing, and translating insights into strategic decisions.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder communication.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
