Salary/Pay Rate: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour plus Year-End Bonus.

Location: Onsite (Santa Ana, CA).

Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

Schedule: Monday - Friday.

Project Scope: Plumbing / Refrigeration (Commercial, Industrial).

Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required.

The Opportunity You will take a lead role in executing high-quality commercial plumbing projects, operating with the autonomy to run work independently. You will have a direct impact on project success by managing complex installations and supporting multiple jobsites.
How You Will Make an Impact
Execute complex commercial plumbing installations independently, ensuring all work meets local codes and company standards.

Manage onsite time and materials responsibly to maintain high levels of operational efficiency and project profitability.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold professional standards and ensure site safety.

Communicate effectively with field management and clients to provide updates on project progress and technical requirements.

Coordinate with team members across multiple jobsites to ensure labor and resources are utilized effectively.

Resolve technical installation challenges on-the-fly using advanced trade knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial plumbing environments.

Proven ability to interpret blueprints and technical specifications to run work independently.

Demonstrated history of dependability and strong time-management skills in a field setting.

Proficiency in handling commercial-grade materials and equipment with high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Experience overseeing, working with small crews, or mentoring apprentices on active jobsites.

Knowledge of California commercial plumbing codes and safety regulations.

Bilingual in Spanish a plus!
