We're looking for a reliable, skilled Plumbing Installer to join our team and handle the installation and repair work after jobs have been sold. You'll be the one who gets it done right, on time, and to the standard our customers have come to expect.

Your Role

As a Plumbing Installer, you'll be dispatched to jobs that have already been scoped and sold, so you can focus entirely on doing excellent work. Your responsibilities include:

• Installing and replacing water heaters and tankless water heaters
• Performing hydro jetting and camera inspections
• Completing plumbing repairs with precision and care
• Installing toilets and related fixtures
• Clearing clogged drains using appropriate tools and techniques
• Working in attics, crawl spaces, and under houses as needed
• Maintaining a clean, professional job site and respecting customer property
• Accurately documenting completed work and communicating with the office team
• Always delivering 5-star quality — because that's our standard

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in residential plumbing installation and repair
• Solid knowledge of water heaters (tank and tankless), drain systems, and fixture installation
• Experience with hydro jetting and camera inspection equipment is a plus
• Ability to work in confined spaces — attics, crawl spaces, and under-house environments
• Comfortable with heavy lifting and the physical demands of the trade
• A clean driving record
• Reliable, punctual, and accountable — consistent attendance is a must
• Good communication skills with both the office team and customers
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
• You provide your own hand tools and power tools (please list what you have when applying)
