Job Duties: The Field Sales Representatives will call on relevant medical specialties to promote and educate on our portfolio of products: Wound Care, Senior Care, Urology, Dermatology, Podiatry, Internal Medicine, Infectious Disease among others. This is a high-autonomy, field-based outside sales role for someone who wants to own end-to-end territory and help shape how we grow in the market. Strong communication skills, confidence presenting to clinical teams, and the ability to independently manage a high-activity territory are essential. Assess client needs and present suitable diagnostic solutions to support clinical and operational needs. Successfully develop and manage a territory plan that has you at or above targeted goals. Actively engage with company training, sales tools, and management. Maintain effective and regular communication with all staff members in an office or healthcare facility. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing preferred, High School diploma required. Familiarity with specialties such as Senior Care/LTC, Wound Care, Urology, Podiatry, Dermatology and Internal Medicine settings. Minimum of 6+ months of Diagnostics sales selling experience to providers. Proven ability to self-source leads and close new business. Highly organized and comfortable working independently in a field-based role. Strong long-term relationship-building skills. Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a clean driving record in compliance with company and insurance standards. Reliable personal vehicle available for business use. Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory, including occasional regional travel as needed. Required residence in territory geography where we are hiring. Willingness to undergo regular drug screenings as per customer/medical facility requirements. Benefits The annual base pay for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000. Plus, Uncapped Quarterly Bonus. First Year on Target Earnings: $130,000-$150,000 (uncapped). Second Year on Target Earnings: $150,000 + (Uncapped). The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
