Job Title: Contract Customer Service Representative

Schedule : Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Location : Centennial, CO
Position type : Temporary, 60 day assignment

Express Employment Professionals in Centennial and Castle Rock is seeking a Contract Customer Service Representative for a temporary assignment with a local Medical Supply company in Centennial, CO . The ideal professional will ensure that all operational procedures are completed in accordance with company policy and within expected time frames as well as provide administrative office support and maintain ongoing communication with referral sources, clients and caregivers, acting as a liaison.

Job Highlights:

• Answers phone calls and manages phone requests/inquiries in a helpful and professional manner.
• Coordinates with branch staff and clients/caregivers to set client/referral source evaluation, delivery and repair appointments.
• Assists in completion of work orders
• Performs data entry of all pertinent information, including scanning documentation received.
• Files documents and folders.
• Provides clerical support for preparation of inventory documentation.

What we look for:

• 2+ years' experience in an Administrative or Customer Service environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Dedicated Customer/Client focus
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
