Job Description

We're looking for a hands-on Building Maintenance Technician to help keep a commercial facility running safely and efficiently. If you have experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, or general building maintenance and enjoy solving problems independently, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance and repairs.
• Complete preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues.
• Respond to tenant service requests.
• Conduct property inspections and address maintenance concerns.
• Perform general repairs including painting, carpentry, and patchwork.
• Maintain work orders and maintenance records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial building or facilities maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical maintenance work.

Work Environment

Commercial property setting with a mix of indoor and outdoor work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on maintenance, problem-solving, and working independently.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Norristown, PA.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
