As a Sous Chef, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our kitchen, overseeing food preparation, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a smooth workflow. You will collaborate closely with the head chef to develop menus, manage inventory, and train kitchen staff, while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong culinary background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences. A minimum of 3 years in a high-volume kitchen environment is preferred, along with relevant culinary certifications.
