What we look for:

• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Experience working with school-aged children, including conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
• Strong ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with IEP processes and school-based therapy best practices
• Flexibility, compassion, and a commitment to student progress

Your impact and responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language services to students, both individually and in small groups
• Conduct evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals
• Maintain timely and thorough records in accordance with state and school guidelines
• Work closely with educators and families to promote student success
• Provide support and resources to fellow staff and families regarding communication challenges
• Participate in IEP meetings, progress reporting, and parent conferences
