Customer Order Management Representative Compensation
- Pay rate: $26.39 per hour
Customer Order Management Representative Responsibilities:
- Expedite customer orders by acting as a liaison in problem solving, research, and dispute resolution.
- Interpret and apply systems knowledge to manage customer requests with supervision.
- Resolve routine problems/issues and coordinate problem resolution with alternative sources.
- Offer customers alternatives based on available tools and information.
- Maintain familiarity with business practices, procedures, and product/service features used by customers.
Customer Order Management Representative QUALIFICATIONS:

- Schedule/Shift/Hours: On-site
- Remote/on-site/hybrid: On-site
- Compliance/submission/environment notes: Demonstrates working knowledge of business practices and procedures; able to work within multiple software systems, including Excel, SAP, and PowerBI.
***Education/Licenses Needed***
- High School Diploma
