Location: Rapides Parish, LA
Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Rotating Schedule
Employment Type: Full-Time

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Production Team Lead for a local company in Rapides Parish. This is a great opportunity for an experienced production professional ready to take on a leadership role.

Responsibilities:

Lead and support production employees
Help coordinate daily production activities
Monitor productivity, quality, and safety
Train and assist team members as needed
Help ensure production goals are met
Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred
Leadership or supervisory experience a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work a rotating schedule
Reliable and dependable
