Entry Level Sales Operations and Analytics
$67k - $89kYear Up United seeks an entry-level Sales Operations and Analytics Associate to support revenue growth in our Educational Services programs. In this role, you will maintain accurate CRM data, build reports and dashboards, and analyze trends to inform national and regional sales strategies with corporate partners. Collaborating closely with Business Development and Program teams, you will manage pipelines, track performance against goals, and prepare presentations and impact summaries. Ideal candidates bring strong Excel/Sheets skills, comfort with data, attention to detail, and a passion for advancing economic opportunity for diverse young adults.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate CRM records for corporate partners, prospects, and sales activities
- Build and update sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Analyze pipeline, conversion, and revenue trends to inform strategy
- Support Business Development team with data needed for outreach and forecasting
- Prepare presentations, summaries, and impact reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Track progress against sales and partnership goals across regions
- Collaborate with program and partnership teams to align data with operational needs
- Identify data quality issues and support process improvements in sales operations
