Supervisor

Primary Function The Lead Cashier provides overall direction and management for the shift in the absence of the Store Manager. Responsibilities Encourage, train, and delegate tasks to the front of the house team members in a way that promotes confidence and teamwork. Uphold and promote the mission and culture of the company at all times. Supervise all front of the house team members on the shift. Delegate all tasks to front of the house team members as trained by the Store Manager. Count and balance drawers at the beginning and end of the shift. Open and organize the store or close and clean the store depending on the shift. Understand and uphold all company policies and procedures as defined in the company manuals and standard operating procedures. Work with the front of the house team members on a daily basis to promote a culture of speed and accuracy in workflow. Promote a positive and upbeat culture in the store at all times. Have fun and provide excellent customer service. Work with the back of the house team members to maintain a clean and orderly store at all times. Become proficient on the use of our Point of Sale system and tasks related to our front of the house operations. Understand product offering and be able to be the spokesperson as to why our items are different than others.
