The Line Cook is expected to prepare hot and cold foods for the restaurant and cafe. Must have a passion for cooking and work well as part of a team.Essential Job Functions & ResponsibilitiesProduce excellent quality and presentation of all menu itemsKnow and comply with all presentation, cooking methods, portion sizes, quality standards, and cleanliness standards and proceduresKeep the line and all other areas of the kitchen clean and assist in daily cleaningsStock sufficient levels of food products and tools to the work stations to ensure a smooth shiftSet up and break down stations, ensuring proper food labeling and storageQualificationsCommunicate effectively and clearly with all kitchen and restaurant staffKnife skillsAbility to multi-task under pressure and maintain a calm attitude with all personalitiesAct professionally with co-workers, bosses, vendors or any guestsMust be able to stand and work in a kitchen environment for the entirety of a shiftMust have a flexible scheduleMust be able to work weekends, holidays, and stay through the entire ski seasonTenney Resort & Recreation LLC is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
