Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long Term Care

Nursing Long Term Care

Schedule: Varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: No guarantee of hours

Requirements:

• Proof of flu vaccination required prior to contract start date.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments and treatments.
• Administer medications and notify healthcare providers of relevant information.
• Assist with admitting and discharging patients.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Manage care for gastrostomy tubes, urinary catheters, and tracheostomy patients.
• Provide nebulized treatments, wound vac care, and CPAP care.

Compliance / Notes:

Must arrive the Thursday before the start to attend the employee health appointment on Friday.
