Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC, is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for its growing in-home and clinic-based ABA therapy practice in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC provides speech language pathology, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and ABA Therapy services in and around the greater Charlotte, NC area, Fort Mill, SC, Rock Hill, SC, Greenville, NC, and in the Outer Banks of NC. Responsibilities Provide direct therapy to children on the autism spectrum under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Qualifications Applicants must either have or be working towards a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Applicants must be willing to commit to a minimum of 20 hours of direct therapy per week. Applicants must have obtained their Registered Behavior Technician certificate; prior RBT experience is preferred. Benefits Competitive hourly rate. Health insurance plan participation.
