Job Description

Join our top-rated home improvement company in South Florida, where your hard work is rewarded.

We are looking for self-driven, energetic, and money-driven canvassers to speak with homeowners about our services and set qualified appointments. We provide training, team support, and great benefits.

Services: Roofing | Windows | Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling | HVAC / AC | Coating & Paint Services

Work area: Broward County

Your Day-to-Day:

• Knock doors with a supportive team

• Start conversations with homeowners about our services

• Set appointments (we close the deals)

• Represent the company professionally

Compensation:

• Hourly Base + Uncapped Commission

• Performance bonuses

• Get paid fast: $600-$1,800+/wk

• Paid training program

• Transportation from the office to the assigned field location and back

Requirements:

• Strong communication and people skills

• English required (Spanish is a plus)

• Comfortable walking outdoors

• Reliable, competitive, and energetic

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM–6:30 PM
