Our People Experience Partner (PXP) is an experienced HR professional who uses business acumen, HR expertise, and local knowledge to enable business and HR priorities. As part of JLL's HR Transformation model, PXPs serve as the strategic, on-the-ground HR presence — working in close partnership with HR Service Delivery, Knowledge Centers of Excellence (KCOEs), and People Partners to deliver a seamless, human-centered employee experience.PXPs are not the first point of contact for transactional HR matters- those are routed through AskJLL- but instead focus their energy on strategic partnership, employee relations, and enabling talent to do their best work.Functional Knowledge/ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR PartnershipAct as the local delivery expert of JLL's global HR strategy, ensuring local policies and practices align with the Global HR strategy and Accelerate 2030 prioritiesProactively anticipate opportunities or issues and develop innovative, sustainable solutions that address root causesLead or participate in just-in-time projects that drive meaningful business resultsSupport assigned employee groups through business transitions, expansions, and stabilizations with a strong focus on employee experienceHR Transformation Model ExecutionOperate within JLL's HR Transformation model by leveraging AskJLL as the first point of contact for employee and manager HR inquiries- directing employees and managers to AskJLL for transactional, policy, and process-related questionsPartner closely with Knowledge Centers of Excellence (KCOEs)- including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and Employee Relations — to ensure consistent, high-quality HR execution aligned to shared goalsServe as the connector between the business and the broader HR ecosystem, facilitating warm handoffs to the appropriate HR function (AskJLL, KCOE, or People Partner) to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and at the right levelChampion the use of HR digital tools and platforms (including AskJLL, Workday, and MyLearning) to drive self-service adoption and reduce administrative burden on both employees and HREmployee ExperienceEnable an exceptional employee experience during moments that matter throughout the employee lifecycle (e.g., onboarding, performance reviews, promotions, transitions, and offboarding)Triage and route employee relations situations to the Employee Relations Knowledge Center, serving as a liaison to ensure employees are connected to the right supportContribute to a culture of inclusion that celebrates diversity and promotes employee belongingCultivate strong, meaningful relationships with local employees, managers, and People Partners as the trusted "on the ground" HR presenceCoaching & AdvisoryProvide strategic consultation to business stakeholders through coaching, training, and advisory supportPartner with managers on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectivenessFacilitate local and regional employee events, programs, and learning experiences in partnership with the Learning & Development KCOEQualifications and Experience5+ years of Human Resources experience, with demonstrated HRBP or generalist experienceBachelor's degree or equivalent experience (e.g., BS in Human Resources, Business Administration, or vocational apprenticeship in a related discipline)Experience working in a remote, matrixed, and geographically distributed organizationFamiliarity with HR service delivery models, including tiered HR support structures (e.g., shared services, centers of excellence)Experience working with or within HR technology platforms preferredSkills & CompetenciesLeadershipDrives the growth of the workforce on the ground, serving as a visible and trusted local HR professionalSkilled facilitator who can lead local and regional employee events and programsStrong ability to manage competing priorities and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environmentProblem SolvingAbility to identify process gaps and simplify workflows in alignment with the HR operating modelPassion for working with people across varied backgrounds, with a commitment to teaching and learningExcellent organizational skills with a starter-finisher mentality and acute attention to detailComfortable escalating appropriately to KCOEs or People Partners when issues exceed the PXP scopeInterpersonal SkillsAbility to adjust communication styles to varying situations and audiencesSkilled at building robust, trust-based relationships with employees, managers, and HR colleaguesAn appetite for exceeding expectations and creating "wow" moments within the businessCollaborative partner who actively engages KCOEs and AskJLL to deliver the best outcomes for employees and the businessThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
